I attempt drawing once in a while. This one is a Japanese beetle that
was on my pea plant, which I've drawn to celebrate the birthday of an
entomologist buddy.
I've done this in one layer on Krita with David Revoy's sixth
brush set.
The colors look duller on the matte-screened computer I draw on, so the
finished product on my main computer seems a bit more saturated to me
than it should. My drawing probably looks messy: the leaf is sloppy and
the beetle anatomy is likely off, but, well, it's good by my own
standards.
